Complete the following steps to begin booking your own TX Health Centre appointments online:
STEP 1: Sign-Up

Existing Clients can now book their own appointments online by Signing-up. This only needs to be done once. Watch the instructional video and then click the button to proceed to the Sign-up process.
New Clients will soon have the ability to register, complete intake forms and book appointments. Stay tuned!
